Redfish, snook , trout, tarpon and tripletail are among the many species we might come across. As well as dolphins, manatee, sea otters and a host of other marine species. We have a very active and dynamic estuary that is the cornerstone of the food chain in the local ecosystem. The mangroves are a very unique environment that many never get to experience up close and personal like you will on a back country charter. It is because of the areas mangrove ecosystems that we have so much shoreline that is essentially undisturbed. We are very fortunate to have many great local organizations that effort constantly to preserve these areas as wild so they may continue to provide the habitat and shelter and forage for so many of our local wildlife inhabitants. It only makes sense to preserve what is still wild whenever possible so that it may be enjoyed for generations to come. Come and experience for yourself what Southwest Florida has to offer and get a look at it from the water for a different perspective to find out why it is so much fun to fish Pine Island Sound.
